Puyallup Concerns

As the Puyallup PTA President I will be have meetings every other month with the PSD Superintendent Dr. Tony Apostle. I would like to know your concerns.

Please let me know in detail any and all concerns that you or your local unit have by filling in the form and submitting it. Items that are submitted will stay confidential as long as they can stay confidential. Once a month all items that are submitted will be taken to a Council BOD meeting and we will discuss them.

All answers or comments to your concerns will be e-mailed back to you after our meetings.
